What is the most useless application of machine learning you've come across?

Maybe your coworker modeled the parking lot to try and predict where he could most likely find an empty space, or you wanted to validate your intuition that the best place to start a minesweeper game is on the corners, but you're too lazy to do the math so you wrote a monte carlo simulation instead (OK...that last one was me).
