Library/Toolbox for visualizing neural networks?

I've written a program that generates and trains a neural network, but I would like to be able to graphically display the resulting network. Does anyone know of a free tool to visualize an already made network? Preferably in C,C++, or Java, though I'll take anything I can get. Thanks!
