Hidden Markov Model Example Using MFCC Spectrum

There have been numerous examples of the Hidden Markov Model pertaining to things such as the weather. But I was just wondering if there is a good tutorial or example on how HMM is applied to MFCC spectrum. If possible a MATLAB example.
