Deep Neural Network libraries that implement rectifier linear units and dropout?

Hi, I'm trying to apply a neural network with these characteristics to a problem, but there seem to be dozens of implementations and none specify if the use that activation function and regularization method. Is there any library that does it? Thank you for your time!
