Machine learning\predictive analysis in enterprise scenarios

Could you point me to any whitepapers\blogs\etc giving examples of machine learning and predictive analysis in large enterprise scenarios?

Reason I need it: I work as a junior dev in IT for a company that provides global tech support and have been told to implement something (anything) where I can show the use of Machine learning. It can be absurd to any level,does not need to have business value, but should hit the right keywords... Looking for some inspiration
