I'm pretty new to r/ML. I humbly submit this site I've developed that has a chockload of human brain connectivity data for you to play with. The data are derived from functional and structural MRI. The largest datasets available are:
n=520 children that are either "normal" or have ADHD (from a international competition to build the best ADHD classifier, described here)
n=175 children that are either "typically developing" or have autism spectrum disorder
n=1000 normal adults that range in age from 18 to 85
A few smaller datasets from individuals with/without a Alzheimer's risk gene, fetuses at different stages of development, etc.
I built the site hoping that machine learning and network modeling folks will use it however they fancy. Have at it!
