How to deploy a model from scikit-learn to android?

I'm not sure if this is the best place to be asking this question, but I'm not sure where else I would ask it. I have made a model using support vector machines in scikit-learn and I would like to use it in an android app. Are there anyways to easily port this model? After doing some searching I was unable to find anything, so any references would be of help.
