What do you want to hear from a prospect? How to interview for machine learning?

I got a technical interview at a machine learning company, and have no idea how to prepare. I'm skilled at C++ and MATLAB, and I've fooled around in Python, but is this gonna be your standard "balance this node, explain a hash table" interview? I have a little experience in machine learning but expect to be picking up skills on the fly.
